Why I Created Code Ninja
I created Code Ninja as a parent of two children and someone who had spent years in technology and finance. I could see how quickly technology was changing and the opportunities it could create but felt coding was not being taught to children in a practical, engaging way.
The idea came during a ski holiday. Children progressed through skill levels based on ability, not age and every lesson remained fun. I realised coding should work the same way: each child should be able to start at the right level and progress steadily through hands-on projects.
That became the foundation of our curriculum. Flexible for families, enjoyable for students and focused on meaningful outcomes. My own children attended Code Ninja and whilst they may not become professional coders, they gained useful skills and enjoyed learning.
