The coding school built around the child

Code Ninja was started by a father who wanted something better for his own children. Six students to a class, and a learning path built around each one. It is the way he wanted his children taught.

Personalised coding and computer science classes for students aged 9–18 in Singapore, available in person and online.
Weekly Coding Mastery classes Holiday Programmes DSA & EAE preparation

A class of six. A curriculum of one.

Small classes give our instructors time to understand how each student learns and the flexibility to challenge and support each child according to:

Their starting point. Some arrive having never written a line of code. Others arrive with a project half-finished. Both are good places to begin.

Their interests. Whatever they arrive caring about is what they build.

Their pace. Students move up when they are ready. Not when the term ends.

Taught individually. Benchmarked against

Every student moves through the same five levels: Explore, Create, Design, Connect, Solve. What changes is the route, the projects along the way, and how long each takes. Two children who started on the same day can be two levels apart within a year, and both be exactly where they should be.

Selected topics draw on Google's Professional Certificate pathways in Data Analytics, UX Design and AI — adapted for younger learners and built into the projects your child is already working on.

Data & Analytics

Learn to work with data, identify patterns and make evidence-based decisions.

UX & Design

Learn how to design technology around people, from ideas and prototypes to useful products.

Artificial Intelligence

Understand how AI works and learn to build applications using modern AI tools and techniques.

Meet Our Team

Our instructors did not leave technology to teach. They are engineers, software developers and researchers, most of them still working in the field, and they are unusually good with children as they approach them with curiosity, care and respect.

Meet Christabel. Titanic enthusiast. Movie lover & successful EAE entry recipient.

See their stories

Christabel came to us to build a coding portfolio ahead of Polytechnic admissions.

Project 1: Titanic Survivor Analysis
She analysed a dataset of the ship's passengers and found that gender, fare and family size all correlated with who lived.

Project 2: MovieRec
She wanted to know how Netflix guesses what you will watch. So she built a recommender that does it — feed it Star Wars, and it returns fifteen films you are likely to enjoy.

3 Ways to Work With Us

For Students: Coding Mastery

We help students write their first block of code to shipped projects with weekly classes for ages 9–18.

For Entry: DSA & EAE Preparation

We help students build meaningful work, present it clearly and confidently explain their thinking.

For Schools: Curriculum Building

Tell us what you want your students to achieve. We will help design the technology programme to get them there.
